DWM Music is serious about bringing you the widest possible range of independent and small label Blues, Roots and Surf/Instro recordings, at affordable prices.  To do this, these CDs must come from every corner of the planet and this makes shipping costs a concern.  Jewel cases add greatly to the price of a foreign package, so we offer (for foreign artists) to provide the jewel case and assembly here at the DWM warehouse.  We do not shrink-wrap these because of time constraints and the fact that the wrap adds no real value to the CD.  Truth be told...anything can be shrink-wrapped, so this is no guaranty of newness.  Though we clean these CDs, a fingerprint could also show up since import CD assembly is done by hand.  Bottom line - DWM Music guarantees all full price CDs to be new.

Home Brewed CDRs (HBCDR) are often the product of an independent musician (foreign or domestic).  Since most home studios do not include a shrink-wrapper, these CDs can arrive without a covering too.  Again, you have our assurance that these are new and not previously owned.
