Tony Menzer expands beyond his roll as bass player for Westside Andy to bring us this rollicking blues affair. With Reverend Raven on guitar, the riffing streams throughout this engaging disc and impresses us right from the opening salvos. Ken Saydak's piano is excellent and firmly establishes its own ground too. The vocals are tough and in-the-pocket. So...What do these full time musicians do with their Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights? It comes down to gigging together or cleaning Crappies after a day on the lake. Fortunately, they gig enough to produce this cookin' little piece of blues nirvana. Rockin' blues that moves ya!
