The Ranch Girls and Their Ragtime Wranglers

Hillbilly Harmony

Their past being a group, singing Rock 'n' Roll and Rockabilly, the Ranch Girls decided to spin out the history of this type of music and lost their heart to Hillbilly. As some people say, Hillbilly is a name for many different traditional American styles like: Cowboy songs”, “Western Swing”, Country, “Honky Tonk” and “Bluegrass”. The Ranch Girls and the Ragtime Wranglers like to play the Hillbilly from the beginning of the Fifties with links to Rockabilly. The Ragtime Wranglers, based in Rotterdam, consist of Joe Sixpack, Chopsticks Sietse, Jerome and Patrick on electric guitar, drums, steel guitar/mandolin and double bass. Together the Ragtime Wranglers and the Ranch Girls form a varied Hillbilly show.
